The CJF remanufacture process consists of complete disassembly of the unit and its sub-assembled components.
All brackets and major components, (castings, rotors, stators, armatures and coils) are cleaned, degreased and blasted as appropriate.
All bolts, washers, nuts, fixings and springs are electro-plated in our in-house plating plant. All major components are coated in high quality anti tracking lacquer for protection against moisture deterioration.

Final Quality TestsEach remaufactured unit is thoroughly tested before being issued to stock with alternators 100% load tested for voltage, amperage and cutting in speedup to 6000 RPM, simulating every perceivable demand the unit can expect to undergo when fitted to the vehicle. |
NEW UNITS
In addition to remanufactured products, the CJF range also includes 15% brand new original equipment and a vast range of units for Far East applications, imported direct from Japan.
When units are packed, each one carries its own unique batch number giving 100% traceability on components and employee activity.
